Q.How can I place an order?
A. Reservations can be made online or by phone. A 25% deposit is required to secure your items.
Q.How does the rental process work?
A.You pick up your rental items on Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM and return them on Monday between 9 AM – 5 PM. We’ll confirm a one-hour pickup window closer to your rental date.
Q.Do you offer delivery?
A.No, Simple Celebrations is pickup-only to keep costs low. If you need delivery, check out Party Works Rentals for full-service event rentals.
Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
A.We accept all major credit/debit cards. Deposits must be made by credit card but the balance can be paid by cash at pickup. Full payment must be made before or at pickup.
Q.Can I cancel my rental?
A.Cancellations made at least one week before the pickup date will receive a refund minus a 3% credit card fee. Cancellations within 7 days of pickup are eligible for a rain check, but no refunds will be issued. Once equipment is picked up, no refunds will be provided, regardless of usage.
Q.What do I need to bring for pickup?
A.A valid ID and the credit card used for payment are required at pickup. Ensure your vehicle has enough space for the items you’re renting.
Q.Will someone help load my items?
A.Yes, we will assist with loading your rentals, but you are responsible for securing them. We recommend bringing straps or blankets if needed.
Q.What if I return items late?
A.Returns must be completed by the designated return time. If items are not returned within the initial rental period, an additional day's rental fee will be charged. If not returned within 36 hours of the return deadline, the full replacement cost will be charged to the card on file.
Q.Am I responsible for any damages?
A.Yes, you are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Fees for repair or replacement will be charged to your card on file.
Q.How do I clean the equipment before returning it?
A.Concession machines should not be cleaned by the customer—simply empty them before returning. Tables and chairs must be free of dirt and spills. A cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty items.
